Jerry Goffe of Albuquerque, NM is the owner of this '62 Loadside. His friend Mark Domzalski visited Jerry and the truck in March, 2003 and had the following to report:

bulletOriginally a U.S. Forest Service Truck painted "monkey puke green" (Jerry's description)
bulletNow is painted silver with a burgundy belt
bulletAlso now has a reupholstered interior
bulletOriginally powered by an 80 HP engine with PowerGlide transmission and 3.89:1 differential
bulletNow powered by a 110 HP engine
bulletOriginal T-3 headlamps still installed and functional
bulletFactory installed (per gov't. contract) D6-52 Auxiliary Brake/Signal Lights (front now removed)
bulletSimilar to 985978 in the 1964 Accessory Installation Manual (~3-1/2" dia. in the panels under the stock tail lights)
