Faithful Companion

Dan had the following to say about his Rampside:

"I use the Rampside as a work truck for my business. Also I use it to haul my dirt bike to the desert and it's real handy for taking all my scuba gear to the beach for a dive.

I am the truck's third owner. I have had the truck a bit over 20 years. The first owner was a furniture company and it was purchased sometime in late 1963. Crescena Furniture can still be read painted on the doors, but the letters are very faint. The second owner drove it until the engine quit.  I bought it for $100, then rebuilt the engine, transaxle, and front & rear suspensions."

The truck has a 110 HP FC-type engine, 3.55:1 differential, and an automatic transmission.

It's great to see Dan using his rig on a daily basis, out where other folks can see an appreciate it!
